Information Gathering & Discovery:
Our team will review the business systems and data sources you currently utilize. Additionally, we will request an inventory of your current reporting artifacts. Perhaps most importantly, enkompas BI will perform a series of interviews with members of your team, including key leadership from IT, Finance, Program Operations and the C-suite.
Deliverables
Based on all the information gathered, we will develop and present a report to your leadership team. The report will include findings, recommendations, and a high level Roadmap to implement improvements. The Roadmap will be delivered in a timeline approach with phases outlining “how to” steps. A gap analysis comparing your agency to best practices is also provided, in addition to a business case to support the assessment recommendations and Roadmap.

Based on the availability of your team members, the entire assessment and deliverable development takes less than 4 weeks. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and we will work around your team’s schedule!
Fee
Traditional deliverable-based assessments range in price and can exceed more than $10,000. We utilize a unique dynamic and offer assessments for $5,000 with 50 percent of that fee being applied to the implementation phase if further engagement occurs.
